There is no doubt that innovation and change is the number 1 challenge for large organizations. Okaloa helps to meet that challenge by establishing flow in knowledge work to improve agility and predictability and achieve continuous innovation.
Kanban Systems are pull systems that limit work-in-progress and have been part of the automotive world for 50+ years. The last decade, Kanban systems have been explored to manage knowledge work (culminating in what is now called The Kanban Method). Discovery Kanban systems are Kanban systems that establish flow in knowledge work, both in solving non-routine problems (exploitation) as well as in finding out which problems to solve (exploration). Discovery Kanban demonstrates the need for an integrative approach with firm foundations in lean, agile, systems and complexity thinking.
