Okaloa Flowlab's basic business simulation set is called Team Flow. With this simulation you can give people an experience in "how work works" in a traditional (resource efficiency) mindset versus a more lean agile (flow efficiency) mindset.
This package includes 3 sets of Team Flow (i.e. good for a workshop with max. 15 people), voucher for 1 person to attend our online Embark training and 6 credits to use the online version of Team Flow.
